Your customers will be able to view and print their own invoices and you’ll get payment transaction reporting with export capabilities. In addition, there is also an administrative credit card processing terminal that is useful for generic transactions outside of the products or services offered on your website.

Create Custom Contracts and Require Agreement Prior to Checkout.
One of the unique features of Secure Checkout is that it provides a way to create and manage an unlimited number of custom contracts or user agreements that can be associated with individual items. Contracts can be purchase-specific or for general use, and can include an unlimited number of terms. During the checkout process, the customer will be able to view the contract(s) associated with their purchase(s) at checkout, and will be required to agree to the terms of the contract(s) prior to purchase. If the customer chooses not to agree, they will not be able to complete their purchase. This system works wonderfully for selling services where each service might have different terms that you would like to customer to agree to.
Force Contract Update
The contract management system within Secure Checkout has an extremely powerful contract renewal process. For example, any time you edit an existing contract or user agreement, you’ll have the option to force a contract update for users who are operating under the previous version of the contract. When you force a contract update, users will be prompted to agree to the terms of the new contract the next time they visit the community. This is an easy way to keep the members of your community under your latest terms.

Secure Checkout gives you the ability to create and manage an unlimited number of custom email notices that can be automatically sent to users at a specified time. For example, suppose you are selling a renewable membership service that last 365 days. 30 days before the membership expires, you might want to kick off a renewal email. Secure Checkout’s email scheduling system will automatically handle this for you.
Secure Checkout’s email scheduling system lets you create and manage an unlimited number of email notices and email notice schedules. The email notice schedules will allow you to specify which email notices will be sent to users and when those email notices will be sent. Email notices can be used to advertise additional products or upgrades, present special promotions, provide information, and request feedback. You’ll also have the ability to export report data to a CSV file so it can then be matched up to your merchant accounts reports or imported into your accounting system.
