Directory Connect™, the Add-On for Couto Solutions' Secure Checkout Building Block, is a robust membership directory system that makes it easier for community members to connect. Directory Connect takes advantage of the extended data provided by Secure Checkout to allow members to perform permission based geographic, name, and address searches for other members in their social network.

Searching The Member Directory

Member Search Form
Users fill out the member criteria that they would like to search on.
Search All Members
Simply clicking the "search" button will show all members in the system.
Search By Specific Criteria
Users can search the member directory by selecting specific criteria.
Search By Proximity
Users can search the member directory by selecting distance criteria requirements.
Search By Member Roles
Users can search the member directory by selecting member roles.
Send Email To Search Results
If a user has the appropriate roles they can send emails to their search results simply by selecting the checkbox next to the members they would like to email and clicking the "send" button.
Exporting Search Results to .CSV
The search results can be exported to a .csv file.
Exported Search Results
After the search results are exported they can then be opened and utilized in Microsoft Excel.

Search Profile Management

Creating Search Profiles
Search profiles give certain users access to the member directory search and must be created before the search directory can be accessed.
Managing Search Profiles
View, edit, & delete any search profile that has been created.
Editing Search Profiles
Edit any or all attributes of a particular search profile.
