Community Promote also gives you the option to email coupons to members. You can email coupons individually or you can email coupons to several recipients at once. Just enter one or more email addresses and click send. You even have the option to provide a personalized message with your coupon if you want to. You can use the default email coupon layout, or design your own layout to include your custom branding.

Export Coupons to a CSV File

In addition to providing you with the ability to print and email coupons, Community Promote also allows you to export coupons to a CSV file. To export coupons to a CSV file, you generate coupons as if you are going to print them but instead of printing them you click a button to export the coupons to a CSV file. Exporting coupons to a CSV file removes all design elements and gives you the coupon data in list form. This is great for sending coupons off to be printed at a printing company or catalog ad agency.

Generate Coupons That Have Not Been Redeemed

Community Promote keeps track of how many coupons have been generated and how many coupons have been redeemed. It also keeps track of which coupons have not been redeemed. If you want to re-generate coupons that have not been redeemed, you have the option to do so.

Design Your Own Coupon Templates

With Community Promote, you’ll have the ability to give your Coupons a custom look. There are separate designs for both the email and the print versions of the coupons, and the layouts can be edited to include your own branding.

Redeem a Coupon in the Shopping Cart

Community Promote Coupons are extremely easy for customers to use because they can be redeemed in an intuitive and familiar way. Coupons are redeemed through our Secure Checkout Shopping Cart the same way they are redeemed on most major retail sites. When customers enter a unique coupon code, the coupon and discount are displayed in the shopping cart.

Redeem a Coupon Using a Link

Coupons that have been designated for a specific item can be redeemed using a link. If a coupon has been designated for a specific item and emailed to a user, the email will include a clickable link. When users click on the link they’ll be taken directly to your website where the coupon and the item will automatically be added to their shopping cart. It doesn’t get any easier than that!

Redeem a Coupon Using a URL

Coupons that have been designated for a specific item can be redeemed using a URL. If a coupon has been designated for a specific item and generated in print form, the printed coupon will include the URL. Users can enter the URL in their browser to view their shopping cart and both the coupon and the item will automatically be added to their shopping cart. Printed coupons also include a coupon code so that users can enter the coupon code manually during the Secure Checkout process if they prefer.
