The easiest way to View Support Packages is to visit the community Home page and click on the Join link at the top of the page.
If you are signed in, you will not see the Join link at the top of the page. Instead, you will have the option to Sign out.
Click on the Sign Out link to sign out, and the Join link will appear in its place.
Then you can click on the Join link to view all available support packages.
If you already have a support package, you can also view a list of available support packages when you renew your support package.
