View Support Package Details



When you manage support packages you'll be able to View Support Package Details.

Notice that when you view support package details, you can see the name and description of the support package.

You can also see the email notice schedule and contract that are associated with the support package.

When you view support package details, you can change the email notice schedule or contract associated with a support package.

You will have the option to associate a new email notice schedule or to associate a new contract with the support package.

You can also see which roles have been associated with the support package.

You can also view any support package category tags you've created to help you manage your support packages.

When you view support package details, you can see the duration and cost of the support package.

You can also see the number of additional members allowed under the support package.

If you have chosen to notify customers prior to expiration, you can determine how far in advance customers will be notified that their support package is about to expire.

You'll also be able to determine whether the support package is active or inactive, and visible or hidden.

In addition, you will have the ability to arrange support packages, add a new support package, or edit a support package.

Keep in mind that by default, when you view support package details, you will only see active support packages.

If you want to view inactive support packages, you can filter the support packages view.
