
You can view the Support Packages Purchased Report from Paid Support Administration.
Click on the Support Packages Purchased link under the Reports tab

Or, click on the Support Packages Purchased link in Paid Support Administration.
The Support Packages Purchased Report displays the number of support packages purchased each month for the selected year.
Support Packages purchased are organized by support package type, and both new support packages as well as renewals are counted in this report.
You should note that additional members of multi-member packages are not included. The Support Packages Purchased Report only counts purchases made by parent customers.

Start by selecting the year to generate the report for from the drop down list.
Click on the Generate Report Button to generate the report.
Once you have generated the report, you will also have the option to export the data to a CSV file.
