You can view the Support Package Overview Report from Paid Support Administration.
Click on the Support Package Overview link under the Reports Tab
Or, click on the Support Package Overview link in Paid Support Administration.
The Support Package Overview Report provides a complete overview of your community sponsorship during the course of a year.
You can use the Support Package Overview Report to track Active Support Packages, New Support Packages, Renewals, Expired Support Packages,& Change in Support Package, and more.
If you want an explanation of the data provided, simply move the mouse over one of the question marks to view a description.
To generate the report, start by selecting the year to generate the report from the drop down list.
Click on the Generate Report Button to generate the report.
Once you have generated the report, you will also have the option to export the data to a CSV file.
