You can Renew Your Support Package when you view support package information.
First edit your profile. Then click on the Support Package Information tab.
To renew your support package, click on the Renew Support Package link and select a support package.
You will have the option to select the same support package type, or a different support package type.
Your expiration date and multi-customer support packages may be affected when you change your support package.
After selecting your support package, you'll need to confirm your purchase and checkout.
