To manage the Paid Support Building Block, select Paid Support Administration from the Dashboard Menu.
You can also manage the Paid Support Building Block from the Building Blocks Dashboard.
Click on the Paid Support Administration link at the top of the section.
In Paid Support Administration you can manage support packages, and generate support package reports.
