Notify Customers Prior to Expiration



You can Notify Customers Prior to Expiration by displaying a warning at the top of the screen.

The warning reminds customers of the number of days they have to renew their support package before it expires.

It is displayed until the support package is renewed, or until the support package expires.

After the support package expires, customers will see an expired support package notification instead.

For convenience, the expiration warning includes a button for renewing the support package.

Clicking on the Click Here to Renew button will allow a customer to select a support package to purchase.

(Customers will be able to select the same support package or a different support package.)

You can enable the expiration warning when you create a support package or when you edit a support package.

When you enable the expiration warning, you will need to specify how many days prior to expiration the warning will start being displayed.
