You can Make a Support Package Visible or Hidden when you view support package details.
Hidden support packages are not displayed to customers when they view support packages, but they are not necessarily inactive.
Whether a support package is visible or hidden does not affect whether the support package is active or inactive.
However, inactive support packages are automatically hidden.
To make the support package visible or hidden, locate the support package that you would like to edit.
Notice the check box labeled “Publicly Visible”
If the box is checked, the support package is Visible.
If the box is not checked, the support package is Hidden.
Check or uncheck the box as desired.
Hidden support packages can be used for private offers and special promotions if you have the Community Promote Add-On.
With Community Promote Coupons, you can allow customers to purchase a hidden support package by providing them with URL and a special code.
