Make a Support Package Active or Inactive



You can Make a Support Package Active or Inactive when you view support package details.

Support packages are Active by default.

Inactive support packages cannot be purchased by customers, and are not visible when you view support package details unless you filter the support packages view.

Making a support package inactive will not affect customers who have already purchased the support package.

To make the support package active or inactive, first locate the support package that you would like to edit.

(To make a support package active you will need to view inactive support packages.)

Notice the check box labeled “Active”

If the box is checked, the support package is Active.  If the box is not checked, the support package is Inactive.

Check or uncheck the box as desired.
