When you associate a new contract with a support package, you have the option to Force a Contract Update for customers who have previously purchased the support package.
Check the box if you want to ensure that customers who have already purchased the support package are prompted to agree to the terms of the new contract the next time they visit the site. If you select this option, customers will not be able to gain access to the community until they agree to the terms of the new contract.
Remember that if you do not check the box, the edited version of your contract will only apply to new support package purchases.
