To Filter the Support Packages View, you must first view support package details.
When you view support package details, notice that there is a drop down list at the top of the page for filtering the view.
By default, Active is selected, so only the active support packages are displayed.
However, you can display only the inactive support packages by selecting Inactive from the drop down list, or you can display both active and inactive support packages by selecting All from the drop down list.

Notice that you can also change the number of items displayed on the page.
