You can view the Expired Support Packages Report from Paid Support Administration.
Click on the Expired Support Packages link under the Reports tab
Or, click on the Expired Support Packages link in Paid Support Administration.

The Expired Support Packages Report tells you the number of support packages that expired during a given time period and allows you to filter results by support package type(s).
The Expired Support Packages Report also generates contact information for expired customers.
When you view the Expired Support Packages page, notice that the date fields are prefilled for you.
If you want to know how many support packages expired within the last month, then you do not have to modify the dates.
However, you have the option to change the date range if you want to. You can use the calendars, or you can type the dates in manually.

Also notice the check box list of support package types below the date field.
All support package types are selected by default, but you can unselect support package types to display only the data that you are interested in.
When you are done selecting the dates and support package types that you want to generate the report for, click on the Generate Report button to generate the report.
Once you have generated the report, you will also have the option to export the data to a CSV file.
