When you edit a contract, the revised version of the contract will apply to all new support package purchases that the contract is associated with.
You'll need to use Secure Checkout Administration to edit a contract.
However, you can change the contract associated with a support package in Paid Support Administration.
Customers who purchased a support package prior to the contract update will remain under the terms of the original contract unless you force a contract update.
