You can Associate a New Contract with a Support Package when you view support package details.
Locate the support package that you would like to associate a new contract with.
Then click the Associate Contract button.
When you click on the Associate Contract button a form will pop up.
Select the contract that you would like to associate with the support package from the drop down list.
You can create a contract in Secure Checkout Administration.
When you associate a new contract with a support package, you have the option to force a contract update for customers who have previously purchased the support package.
When you are finished click the Save button.
If you change your mind and do not want to associate a new contract with the support package, click on the ‘x’ in the upper right hand corner to close the form without saving your changes.
