If you want to control the order in which the support packages are displayed to users, you can Arrange Support Packages.
You can set the display order of your support packages when you manage support packages.
Click on the Set Display Order drop down list for the support package that you want to move.
The drop down list contains a list of available positions.
You can move a support package to the first position, the last position, or any position in between.
For example, if you have 4 available support packages, then you would have the option to "Move to First Position", "Move after #1", "Move after #2", or "Move to Last Position". These options correspond to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th.
