Hidden support packages can be used for private offers and special promotions if you have the Community Promote Add-On for Secure Checkout.
You can use Community Promote Coupons to Allow Users to Purchase a Hidden Support Package.
To enable users to purchase a hidden support package, you need to create a coupon for the hidden support package.
When you select the Apply to Item you need to select Support Package from the first drop down list.
Then you need to select the specific support package that the coupon will apply to in the second drop down list.
Select the hidden support package from the second drop down list.
(The hidden support package must be active.)
After you create the coupon, you can distribute it by printing the coupon or emailing the coupon.
If you print the coupon, users will be able to redeem the coupon using a URL.
If you email the coupon, users will be able to redeem the coupon using a link.
