You can Add Category Tags to a Support Package when you create a support package or when you edit a support package.
To add a category tag to a support package, type the text you want to associate with the support package into the space provided.
Then click the Add button.
When you add a category tag, it's displayed below the text field.
You do not have to assign category tags to a support package. However, category tags are useful because they allow developers to display different support package options on different pages of your website.
When you are finished, click the Save Support Package button to save your changes.
If you decide at any time that you do not want to save your changes, click the Cancel button to return to the Manage Support Packages page.
You can also remove category tags from the support package .
