Active Support Packages Report



You can view the Active Support Packages Report from Paid Support Administration.

Click on the Active Support Packages link under the Reports tab

Or, click on the Active Support Packages link in Paid Support Administration.

The Active Support Packages Report tells you the number of active support packages for a given day and allows you to filter results by support package type(s).

The Active Support Packages Report also generates contact information for active customers.

When you view the Active Support Packages page, notice that the date field is filled in with today's date.

If you want to know how many current, active support packages there are, then you do not have to modify the date.

But, if you want to know how many active support packages there were on a day prior to today, you can use the calendar, or you can type the date in manually.

Also notice the check box list of support package types below the date field.

All support package types are selected by default, but you can unselect support package types to display only the data that you are interested in.

When you are done selecting the date and support package types that you want to generate the report for, click on the Generate Report button to generate the report.

Once you have generated the report, you will also have the option to export the data to a CSV file.
